Denk aan onderwerpen als onderwijs, justitie en veiligheid. In een volgende fase kunnen andere politieke partijen hun eigen inbreng toevoegen aan het toekomstige, offici\u00eble regeerakkoord. Informateur Buma noemt zijn \u2018tussenverslag\u2019 een \u2018uitnodiging\u2019 voor andere politieke partijen om deel te nemen aan de volgende fase van de formatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Op 9 december biedt Buma zijn laatste eindverslag aan. In de laatste week zal hij afzonderlijke gesprekken voeren met de andere politiek leiders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c375b417313dd61c0e42ad048111380a wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#00af6f\"><strong>Jetten (D66): \u2018We willen doorbraken mogelijk maken door moeilijke keuzes te maken.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jetten wil een ambitieuze regering om echte doorbraken te kunnen realiseren. De titel van het tussenverslag is:<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kabinetsformatie2025.nl\/site\/binaries\/site-content\/collections\/documents\/2025\/12\/02\/tussenverslag\/inhoudelijke-en-ambitieuze-agenda-van-d66-en-cda.pdf\"> \u2018Aan de slag voor Nederland\u2019.<\/a> De D66-leider gelooft dat Nederland doorbraken kan realiseren, bijvoorbeeld door de woningnood aan te pakken en fors te investeren in een duurzame economie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tegelijkertijd spreekt Jetten van het maken van noodzakelijke, \u2018moeilijke\u2019 keuzes. Er moet worden hervormd (zeer waarschijnlijk bezuinigd), de zorg moet ook in de toekomst betaalbaar blijven en mensen moeten beter worden begeleid naar werk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b2e9e51f3b85a4ea1d0ef689f09dc8c7 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#008787\"><strong>Bontenbal (CDA): \u2018We delen de wens om op een respectvolle manier politiek te bedrijven.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bontenbal beschouwt het document als een handreiking, een open uitnodiging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De CDA-leider noemt het tussenplan gedetailleerd, maar benadrukt ook dat het plan nog niet af is; het is nog geen regeerakkoord. Wat CDA en D66 volgens Bontenbal bindt, is de \u2018missie\u2019 om Nederland in goede harmonie weer uit de politieke stilstand te halen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het document van D66 en CDA biedt een basis voor een regeerakkoord; plannen kunnen dus nog nader worden uitgewerkt of worden veranderd. Verdere onderhandeling is nog nodig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Punten uit de inhoudelijke agenda van D66 en CDA:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vol inzetten op woningbouw; 21 grootschalige woningbouwlocaties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Geleidelijke afbouw hypotheekrenteaftrek.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Een nieuw uitkoopfonds voor boeren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Een vorm van rekeningrijden; autogebruik wordt belast.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Behoud van de spreidingswet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meer geld naar ontwikkelingshulp.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het eigen risico wordt niet verlaagd, huidig bedrag blijft hetzelfde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bezuinigen op de ouderenzorg; grotere rol voor de samenleving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Er komen simpelere regels voor het optoppen en splitsen van woningen, vergunningsvrij waar mogelijk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bezwaarprocedures worden geschrapt (het maken van bezwaar tegen nieuwe woningbouwprojecten wordt bemoeilijkt).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De wettelijke basis voor dierrechten wordt verbeterd en uitgebreid naar alle diersoorten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Herstel van het regionaal investeringsfonds voor het mbo (meer investeren in het mbo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investeren in de productie en levering van groene waterstof.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het Groningenveld blijft gesloten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Een volledig circulaire economie in 2050 (duurzame economie).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Modernisering van het vluchtelingenverdrag: asielaanvragen worden buiten Europa ingediend en afgehandeld.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gesloten opvang voor asielzoekers.
